‎Peacock Premium Subscription Does Not Work on Peacock App Xfinity Community Forum

There are no security issues addressed in Google Play system updates (Project Mainline) this month. @user_8ausfg​ I’m having the same issues and no one seems to know how to fix it! @user_8ausfg the answer to the issue may be different for each customer. I have been having this problem forever and cannot get any resolution no matter how many customer service people at both xfinity/comcast and Peacock are involved.

I waited about a week, and then tried again using the logon information for the account I had cancelled, and this time it worked. Tried to use a  third different email address, but it would not let me set up without first buying a plan. I cancelled my previous Peacock Premium subscription a while ago and waited for that to run out. Have you checked to confirm your previous account is fully canceled? (The Learn More link in the red banner has instructions.)  • Going through the Cancel step will likely result in the Customer having to wait for their account to “expire” or “cycle” before they can complete setup.

October 2022 Android Security Update Bulletin

No help from either Xfinity or Peacock just keep on sending me activation link to same response. I then discontinued their service and signed up for Xfinity streaming bundle. Finally signed up for Peacock directly with .99 deal and worked.

I was told I needed to cancel my current subscription I paid for individually and wait for it to Expire and then I can activate my Peacock subscription through Xfinity. The same on the peacock site, I can only sign up for fee based service to continue with the sign up process.

  • Have you tested and confirmed you’re logging in with the correct email account?
  • Having same problems as everyone else here… did anyone get their issue resolved?

  • I tried to reactivate it/relink it to my Peacock account, and Peacock is giving me the error message that, “Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account.”

They say call Peacock who does not answer the phone or call back from the messages (numerous) we have left. No help from Comcast (they actually sent a service tech out to fix this who did NOT know how to fix it!) I called again last Friday after tech was here, she was to call me back on Sat. Don’t bother with xfinity. No the person tried to get me to upgrade I just want to watch my peacock I got with xfinty I haven’t watched for months Customer service here SUCKS!

Comcast email was deleted by xfinity and Peacock is saying I dont have an account even though xfinity is saying Peacock is active under them. How can I access Peacock on a computer

Have you been able to get your account signed in? It sounds like you may also be having a similar issue with Peacock. I doubt it would help and with this issue but it would be a good start. Support for this issue is horrible. I have already done that but there is no “payment information” since I pay xfinity and not Peacock. We are so happy to hear that you were able to get everything resolved with reaching out to Peacock directly.

Peacock comes with my account and I can watch it from my TV but I’d like to be able to watch a show on Peacock using my Windows computer. I know with the game coming up how important it is to have your services working. We would be happy to help you troubleshoot your account.

• If they are billed by a 3rd party, they will have to cancel that existing subscription first before activation will be successful with Peacock. @XfinityDena​ I have the same problem was give a free PEACOCK account for my Xfinity Awards and can not log into Peacock. I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! @XfinityDena​ The email where I receive email from Xfinity is the same one as my Peacock account. Thank you for reaching out @user_e8f9fd. I already had a Peacock Premium account, so I cancelled that and waited for it to run out.

On 9/14, I chatted with customer service representative Bal. I estimate that I have spoken/chatted with 10+ Xfinity customer service representatives, as well as a customer service representative with Peacock, and the matter remains unresolved. For the last 6 months or so we have been unable to access Peacock, which I have been assured is included with our Xfinity cable service. On 3 October 2022, Android published a Security Bulletin to address vulnerabilities in Android devices.

Same issue, I cancelled an existing peacock premium account,  and this did not work. I use my Xfinity email address and password I get the same message from peacock no account.
